From our Worcestershire nursery
Plants are grown on and acclimatised before release. Each listing explains the size offered, and we keep a record of the plant’s source.
Growing on now. Use the restock alert to hear when rooted plants are ready.
‘Electric Blue’ is valued for cool blue-green foliage and a clean, architectural outline. Its colour develops gradually and changes with leaf age and light, making it more subtle than the name first suggests.
This is a vigorous running cultivar. Give it room, warmth and plenty of moisture in active growth, and bring it under frost-free protection for winter.
| Light | Bright light or partial sun, with direct sun introduced gradually |
|---|---|
| Water | Keep consistently moist during active growth; do not leave a leafy plant to dry out |
| Temperature | Warm growing conditions; protect from frost |
| Growth habit | Running |
| Winter | Keep frost free; growth may slow or become dormant in cool conditions |
| Provenance | Specialist nursery stock from Thailand |
| Safety | Ornamental only; harmful if eaten and sap may irritate skin |
