3. Products

We aim to describe and photograph our plants as accurately as possible.

Plants are living products and naturally vary in size, shape, colour, markings, foliage and growth habit. Unless a product is specifically sold as the exact photographed specimen, the plant supplied may differ naturally from the photographs shown.

Availability is not guaranteed and some cultivars may be offered only in limited quantities.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order already accepted by us.

Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• stock is unavailable;
• there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• we cannot safely dispatch a live plant; or
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify or other third-party payment providers.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Because we sell live plants, we may delay dispatch where weather or other conditions could reasonably put the plant at risk.

8. Returns, Damage and Refunds

Live plants are perishable goods and are subject to different cancellation and return rules from ordinary non-perishable products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

9. Plant Care

We provide care information in good faith to help customers establish and maintain their plants.

Growing conditions vary significantly between homes, gardens and greenhouses. We cannot guarantee continued plant performance after delivery where deterioration results from unsuitable light, watering, temperature, humidity, repotting, pests, neglect or other conditions outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All original text, photography, branding, graphics and other content on this website belong to Fullness of Time or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

This website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers and external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites that we do not control.
