Shipping Policy
Fullness of Time ships live plants from the UK using tracked delivery services.
Dispatch
Plants are prepared and packed carefully before leaving the nursery.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days, but live plants are not treated like ordinary parcels. We may delay dispatch where weather, temperature or other conditions could put the plant at unnecessary risk.
Where possible, we also avoid sending plants into situations where they may spend an extended period in a depot over a weekend.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Most UK deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the service selected and the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Once a parcel has entered the courier network, occasional delays can occur.
If a tracked parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate it.
Delivery Services
Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
We use tracked UK services from carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD or other suitable couriers depending on the size, value and nature of the order.
Larger or more valuable plants may be sent using a faster or more secure service where appropriate.
Weather Holds
The welfare of the plant takes priority over dispatch speed.
We may temporarily hold orders during periods of:
- frost or very low temperatures;
- extreme heat;
- severe weather;
- significant courier disruption.
If this happens, your order will remain safely with us until conditions are suitable for dispatch.
Packaging
Plants are packed to minimise movement and protect both the pot and foliage during transit.
Some minor movement, leaf marking or cosmetic damage can occur when transporting a living plant and does not necessarily affect its health.

Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible and we will amend it where possible.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
